Appointments and Walk–In Hours

Appointments

• are made in advance by calling 770‑423‑6555 (you may also schedule an appointment in–person if you’re in or near our office on another errand)
• are with a specific career advisor
• begin at the scheduled time and may last up to 60 minutes
• are subject to our Office “No Show” Policy
• are appropriate for: in–depth resume and cover letter reviews; digitally recorded practice interviews; in–depth experiential education questions; etc.

Appointments can be made during our regular office hours.

Walk–ins

• do not require an appointment
• are with the peer advocate available at the time
• are available during Walk–in hours only, on a first come, first served basis, and may last up to 15 minutes
• are for: quick resume and cover letter reviews; getting set up in OwlLink; specific interview questions; quick Co–op and Internship program questions (specific questions having to do with your individual situation; short discussions on job search strategies; company–qualifying questions for the program); and other specific questions

If more time is needed or if demand is high, you may be requested to schedule an individual appointment with a career advisor at a later time.

Walk–in hours for Fall 2008 are as follows:

Monday and Wednesday

 9am –  7pm

Tuesday

12:30pm –  7pm

Thursday

 1pm –  7pm

Friday

 9am – 1pm
 2pm –  5pm

Hours may vary due to Career Fairs, holidays, campus events, and other unforseen circumstances; changes in hours will be posted.
