Alumni Registration Request for OwlLink

Alumni who are not already set up in the OwlLink database must submit the following form. Once you have been set up, you will receive an e–mail with instructions for completing your registration. Please note that your KSU ID number is not the same as your SSN. If you do not know your KSU ID number, you can look it up in Owl Express.

Please note: All students who graduated in 2007 (Spring, Summer or Fall) or 2008 (Spring or Summer) have been set up in the OwlLink database, and do not need to submit this form.
